Hello, A few days ago I have switched from BT to Virgin Media. Networx was working fine in monitoring router usage of the BT hub but since changing it to Virgin Media (Superhub 3.0), the data collected is incorrect. The app recognises the hub (UPnP) but only monitors 150mb data a day instead of 5 to 6gb a day I am expecting. Any solutions? Thank you.

Most likely it is the router problem, and unfortunately we can't do anything about that. If you want to make sure, please see this thread on how to check what the router reports.

Sometimes you can find a solution faster if you try the forum search, have a look at the knowledge base, or check the software user manual to see if your question has already been answered.
