Since we now paying for this product or any other that has to be paid for would it be possible to make the manuals in a downloadable pdf. I'm using the software to help with my limited usage and having to constantly load the site to read the manual just eats up my bandwidth. It seems a small thing to add, but would be much appreciated.

Sure, you are making a good point. The manual can't be easily converted onto a PDF because it contains multiple cross-linked pages, for user convenience. Instead we can make a CHM file, which doesn't require any external viewer and can be viewed off-line.

Below I have attached a zipped help for NetWorx, so you can download it now. We will also bundle it with future releases.
