I am using an Android cell phone with a HotSpot device. Can I use NetWorx on my Android phone to monitor the phone's WiFi data use?

Unfortunately NetWorx is not available for Android. It only works on desktop platforms like Windows, macOS and Linux.
For Android there is a built-in data monitor as well as few third-party apps to monitor your usage.

Thank you. I went on to Google Play store and found several data monitors that I can download.
