How to install and launch the program on macOS 15 August 2018, 16:30

I have downloaded and licensed NetWorx, but I cannot get the application to launch. It appears as an Icon in my Launchpad, but clicking on it does nothing. Suggestions please!

Below I have attached a screen shot showing that you'd first need to open the DMG program file that you downloaded, then either drag the NetWorx app into the Applications folder or launch it directly. When launched, NetWorx menu should appear in the menu bar near the clock:
