We are experiencing dropouts of our internet access and telephone. It's the cable company problem, but I'm looking for software that I can run on my computer to detect and log when my internet access goes offline and comes back online. Does one of your software products offer this function?

Yes, our NetWorx application has the Connection Monitor feature designed to do exactly that.

It however will not detect drop outs that last less than 1 minute. If you want to record short drop outs as well, you would need a graphical ping monitor. For example, there is another company by the name of NetSan Tools that has a tool like that.
