MacOS app doesn't appear after it has been opened   09 February 2021, 12:41

I have a license, but when I'm starting the app nothing comes up on the screen. When I try to open it again I get an error saying the app is already running. I'm using MacOS 11.2.
Will NetWorx software work on 64-bit? Does it work on MacOS 11.2?

I get this message in system.log file:

NetWorx should work on MacOS 11.x or, any older or newer version.

It is worth mentioning though that when you open NetWorx, it does not display any window of user interface. Instead, being a service app, it creates an icon in the menu bar as shown in the screen shot below. Please check if there is an icon there after you open NetWorx as that's how you can access NetWorx functions.
