NetWorx doesn't run if NetGenius is installed   03 June 2021, 13:05

NetWorx doesn't run with NetGenius installed and running. Is this correct? It seems that way.

NetWorx can run in parallel with NetGenius, however the application monitoring in NetWorx can't be used in that case.

The reason for it is that capturing application usage requires a network driver to intercept network communications. Two drivers that are doing the same task conflict with each other.

In other words, you can have both NetWorx and NetGenius installed and running, but the Ignore LAN traffic option in NetWorx will not work.
