Hi,
I have NetWorx version 7 and was trying to change the Mbit to Kb in Settings > Graph > Fixed T-axis scale. After I clicked Apply, the program crashed and the icon in the taskbar disappeared. Since then, every time I am re-launching the program, I have a window that pops up with the error message "Floating point division by zero" and closes after 1-2 seconds.
I am using Windows 10 and I am a registered user.
Please kindly help me troubleshoot this problem.
Thank you very much.
Kind regards,
Salim

Please make sure you are using the latest version (7.0.2), as we have fixed a number of issues since the initial release of v7. You can download the latest version from NetWorx product page and install it over your current installation.
If you have version 7.0.2 and it still crashes, please send us a copy of the database with all the settings. We will then identify what is causing this issue. For that:

- Click Start - Run and enter %PROGRAMDATA%\SoftPerfect\NetWorx.
- Select all files in that folder and compress them to a ZIP file.
- Send the ZIP file to us via help desk.

Thanks for your prompt reply Andrew. I did the following steps:
1. Installed the latest version (Ver7.0.2) and re-started the PC.
2. I could see the icon of Network in the tray bar, but it disappeared almost immediately.
3. Launched NetWorx again and same error message.
4. Compressed the DB as requested, sent to the help desk and got a reply for the successful delivery of the compressed file.
Awaiting the next step from your support team now.
Thank you.
Kind regards,
Salim

Thank you for reporting this issue. We have just fixed it and published a new build. Please download and install it over your current installation. The application will now start correctly and you will be able to change the 0 KB fixed Y axis to something else. Please note that the Y-axis may still show in megabits.
If you want the display to be in kilobytes, you will need to change a couple of other options:
If you want the display to be in kilobytes, you will need to change a couple of other options:
- Settings - Advanced - Graph - Transfer rate units: Bytes/s
- Hold Ctrl + O (letter O) in the settings dialog and in the popup window set Display Format to 0 for automatic units.
Update: in version 7.1.1 this became the Speed setting on the Main tab in the ordinary Settings.
