Crashes when Windows Explorer closes/refreshes 20 May 2025, 06:39

Using 24H2. At some point in the last few months NetWorx began crashing multiple times a day. When Explorer crashes or is reloaded during an installation process, NetWorx crashes and then must be manually loaded. Lost terabytes of monitoring as a result.

Thank you for the dump files.

I remember we've addressed a few issues related to Windows Explorer crashes following the release of version 7.3.

Could you please try the latest build and let me know if it resolves the problem?

This masterpiece has been working like magic ever since!
Just updated to the preview, tried manually killing explorer, reloading... so far so good.
However just to be certain, I will keep you posted in time and let you know in the coming days how things progress.

Been fine for 4 days, previously crashed at least once a day...
