App monitoring is unavailable in installed version 30 June 2025, 04:19

Hello,
I have installed the Win version 7.3.2.0 (not the portable version). The option 'Monitor application internet usage...' is grayed out during installation. It is also grayed out when going to 'Settings' after install. Monitoring network adapter works.

PC: Win 7 Pro SP1 64-bit.

The option to monitor application internet usage requires Windows 10 or later. On Windows 7, only network adapter monitoring is supported, which is why the application-level monitoring option is unavailable and greyed out.
