How to recover traffic usage data after accidentally deleting NetWorx 04 September 2025, 12:24

I made a mistake: I deleted the NetWorx program that I used since 2012. Can I rescue my traffic usage data of those years?

The possibility to recover the usage history depends on whether NetWorx data folder was also removed when you accidentally deleted the application. By default it is stored in:

%PROGRAMDATA%\SoftPerfect\NetWorx

You can press Win+R, paste that path, and press Enter:

If the folder is still there, you should see one or two files inside. In that case, please make a backup copy, then reinstall NetWorx - and your usage history should reappear.
If the folder is missing, then unfortunately the data is gone too.
