"Install driver error: -1" when I choose to install app monitoring driver

When installing version 25.7 on Windows 10 with "Per-App Internet Monitoring Driver" I get an "Install driver error: -1". When I then start the program, no transfer rates are shown at all.

If I don't check that driver option while installing, everything works fine.

Do you have any security/antimalware/antivirus/etc software on your computer? If so, please check whether it is blocking NetWorx driver installation. Adding NetWorx file to its trusted/exclusion list can help to resolve the issue.
No only stock windows defender. And it did not block anything. Are there install logs to check?

Windows Defender is notorious for blocking legitimate applications.
Does your Defender version offer a whitelist/exclusion option? If so, try uninstalling NetWorx, then adding the downloaded NetWorx installer file to Defender's exclusions, then running NetWorx installation process, and then additionally whitelisting the installed NetWorx application before launching it.

On our side, we will conduct additional investigations, to see if anything else could be causing this driver issue.

I added the exe to the exclusions but unfortunately I still got the error.

Please try version 25.11. I believe we have resolved this issue that seems to only happen on certain builds of Windows 10.
