Access violation error on macOS   07 December 2025, 05:30

Hello,

Please excuse my poor English, as my native language is French.

I've been using Networx for months on Mac OS Tahoe 26.1 without any problems. I upgraded to Networx version 25.12 this evening (I was previously on 25.11 without any issues), and now when I try to display the Ethernet graph, I get the message "Access Violation".

I tried uninstalling and reinstalling, but the problem persists.

Thanks

Thank you for getting in touch, and your English is perfectly fine!

Unfortunately, this isn't something we've been able to reproduce on our end, so it may be related to a specific combination of settings in your configuration.

Could you please create a backup of your configuration via Usage Reports > Backup in the popup menu, then compress the resulting file into a ZIP archive and send it to us? We will then test with your specific configuration and see if we can identify the cause.

Hello,
As you requested, I sent the compressed file. I hope I didn't make a mistake.
Thank you.

Thank you for sending your configuration file. You did everything correctly.

We have tested NetWorx 25.12 with your exact configuration on macOS Tahoe and on macOS Sequoia. On both systems it worked perfectly well and there were no errors of any kind.

Could you please send us a screenshot of that error, and a screenshot of the About window of your NetWorx (NetWorx pop-up menu > NetWorx > À propos de NetWorx)? This may help us to find out what else could be causing this problem in your case.

Thank you for providing the additional details. We have improved a couple of areas that had the potential to lead to the 'access violation' error. Please try the latest build and let us know how it works for you.
