SpeedTest error: Cannot convert data from object value 09 January 2026, 21:38

Hi,
I am having an issue with the Speed Test.
When I open the Speed Test window to view the results, the Start button is greyed out. The top box of the window normally displays the current IP address, but currently it has this error message: "Cannot convert data from object value".

Thank you for reporting this issue. That error occurred because the service NetWorx uses for speed testing changed its response format. We have updated NetWorx application to work with those changes and released a new version, which also includes some additional improvements.

Please download the latest version of NetWorx and install it over your current installation. The speed meter should work well again after that.
