Will per-app monitoring driver disconnect me from remote server?

I am interested in installing NetWorx on Windows Server 2019. In the installer there is an option to install a driver for per-app internet monitoring.
If I do this, will it disconnect me from the remote server I am installing it on? I don't want to lose access or cause the server to go offline at all.
Thanks.

By design, the per-app monitoring driver doesn't interrupt any network connections. It intercepts traffic in read-only mode purely for gathering statistics.

However, there is a very slight chance of something going wrong, such as a conflict with another driver, so to play it safe on a remote server you may be better off installing without the driver. All the remaining functionality will be fully available. On a server there's usually only a handful of services running, so there's typically no need for a per-app breakdown anyway.
I wanted the monitoring because I have this problem: on my server I am getting charged for bandwidth, so I wanted to see what is using all the bandwidth.
Any suggestions would be great!

In that case, you would need the per-app monitoring driver installed to track which applications are consuming your bandwidth, because on Windows there is no way to monitor how much bandwidth each process uses without a driver.

It should generally be safe to install, but since your server is remote and perhaps mission-critical, we recommend making sure you have a way to boot it into Safe Mode beforehand, just as a precaution, so you could remove the software if anything goes wrong.
Thank you! I appreciate your help.
Hi. For some reason it doesn't seem to be tracking the network usage correctly in Windows Server 2019. Is there anything I can do?

To enable us to give you a helpful answer, please provide more details on what exactly you mean by "doesn't seem to be tracking the network usage correctly". Is the usage not tracked at all? Or is it tracked, but the displayed numbers are higher than expected? Or lower? Or ...?
