Scheduled speed tests are not running

Scheduled speed tests are not running   06 April 2026, 17:25

I scheduled the speed test to run every 10 minutes, but it is not running. The manual speed testing (via clicking the Start Test button) works fine. How can I fix this issue?

Also, I see upload and download speed displayed as 0.0 in the notification area.

I am accessing my desktop remotely via Chrome Remote Desktop.

NetWorx uses a system-wide lock to ensure that only one instance can actively monitor traffic at a time. If a second copy of NetWorx is running — for example, if it was started in both your local and remote session, or a previous instance did not shut down properly — the second instance cannot acquire the lock and all monitoring is paused. This is why the traffic display shows 0.0 MB in both directions, and why scheduled speed tests are not being triggered.

To fix this issue, open the Task Manager and check if there are multiple NetWorx processes running. If so, close the extra ones and keep only one.
