Certificate Monitor suggestion: Avoid unnecessary re-scanning of all hosts

Adding another host or editing a host "Display name" causes a re-scan of all hosts. I think this is a bit excessive when we have multiple hosts and are slowly adding more. Suggestions: - Only re-scan the host being added or edited. - Option to right-click one of the selected hosts and request a re-scan for that specific host only.

I tried the pre-release on Debian 13 Linux and Windows. I am getting an error message "Distinguished name 2.5.4.3 not found" when I check my VPS IP address. I am using a 6-day IP Address certificate from Let's Encrypt. It currently has 4 days left. Ref: https://letsencrypt.org/2026/01/15/6day-and-ip-general-availability

A while ago I changed the date/time of my computer twice while NetWorx was running.
