Alternative Payment Options

If you are not comfortable ordering online with a credit card, you are welcome to choose an offline payment option. In addition to online ordering, we accept cheques and money orders, mail, fax and phone orders, bank/wire transfers, purchase orders and PayPal. However, all orders are processed by the online system, so you will need to fill in the online form in all cases and then submit your payment as described below.

Phone or Fax

Please visit our online store, choose a product and its license type, then click Order Now button. On the next page fill in the online form, choose Phone or Fax as a payment method and submit the form. After that you will be taken to a page with detailed instructions. Phone and fax orders can only be paid using a credit card.

Mail, Check or Money Order

Please visit our online store, choose a product and its license type, then click Order Now button. On the next page fill in the online form, choose Mail / Check / Money Order as a payment method and submit the form. After that you will be taken to a page with detailed instructions. These orders can be paid using a credit card, a cheque or a money order.

Wire Transfer

Please visit our online store, choose a product and its license type, then click Order Now button. On the next page fill in the online form, choose Wire Transfer as a payment method and submit the form. After that you will be taken to a page with detailed instructions and bank details.

Local Bank Transfer

A domestic bank transfer is an alternative to wire transfers and suitable for customers who would prefer to pay in their local currency without a credit card. This option is especially convenient for customers from Europe. In order to purchase a product using a local bank transfer, please visit our online store, choose a product and license type, then click Order Now button. On the next page fill in the online form, choose Local Bank Transfer as method of payment and submit the form. After that you will be taken to a page with detailed instructions. You will be required to enter your bank account details.

Purchase Order

Purchase Orders (PO) are a means of paying for products on credit, i.e. first receiving the goods and paying later. This method is usually used by larger corporations. We are under contract with BlueSnap Inc., to process orders and collect payments. It works is as follows:

  1. You request a Quote or Proforma Invoice from BlueSnap.
  2. You fax your PO to BlueSnap.
  3. BlueSnap enters your PO into the system, where it awaits our approval (1–2 business days).
  4. Once the PO is approved, the order is processed and the product is delivered.
  5. You will receive an invoice from BlueSnap with instructions on how to send payment.

In order to place a PO please visit our online store, choose a product and license type, then click Order Now button. On the next page fill in the online form, choose Purchase Order as method of payment, submit the form and follow the instructions.
