NetWorx Speed Meter

The NetWorx speed meter can be used to accurately measure data transfer rates over the user-specified periods of time. Note though that unlike on-line speed tests, NetWorx does not generate any traffic. It's your responsibility to transfer data from or to your computer to be monitored with this tool.
