Hi,
I'm using netscan in some batch scripts:
i.e. netscan.exe /auto: /config:"netscan.xml" /file:"ip.txt"
I've removed the directory locations for easier reading. The file ip.txt will contains the following IP format:
IP address/Netmask - i.e. 10.2.3.4/255.255.254.0
Netscan starts up OK and scans the full range extracted from the information in the ip.txt file - Great, that's what I wanted....
However, my issue is I cannot scan a different range with that instance of netscan - i.e. I cannot enter another range manually in the address section - if I do, netscan lets me enter the range but when I hit the scan button it will scan the range from the ip.txt file - I'm using the latest 64bit release of the software (netscan is running in a server 2008/2012 environment)
Is the above 'feature' by design or is it a bug?
Thanks
