Device discovery by MAC address, without knowing its IP 21 August 2014, 23:44

Hi Andrew, any advise on how to detect or discover a device without knowing its ip? Assuming that it may be on another subnet and just having its MAC address.

As far as I know, there is no way to discover a device just by knowing its MAC address.
