Column comparison: how to find and filter out differences between columns

Started by rmpf2

I am wondering, is it possible to filter and search for differences between columns? Like a comparison, to find when specific values are not the same.

Example:
Column 1(Logged User Name) Column 2(Email)
Mike [email protected]
Peter [email protected]
Jan [email protected]
In the second row we can see the difference between 'Peter' and 'Pete'. Any idea how to achieve that? If it is possible...

Sure, that is possible.
First, create a virtual column that extracts the part before the @ character in email addresses. Let's call it Email Login:

Then, use the filter that highlights the rows where the columns do not match:

Andrew, that's pretty amazing.

Thank you!
