I have created a ram disk using your software. I installed programs in it and I don't want to lose it when I restart. I need help saving the image and updating it at startup.

In this case you would need to create an image, copy all your data to that image and then use in a RAM disk.

Please see this article for details.

If you want to keep any changes that you make to the RAM disk, unlike the article say make the Save Contents to Image option ticked. It is also a good idea to backup the image file from time to time to make sure important information is safe.
