Will SoftPerfect RAM Disk work on Windows 11?

Yes, it should. We have tested it on the latest Windows 11 preview and everything worked as expected.

Not mounting disks over 3 GB on Windows 11 x64 build 22000.282

You are probably using an older version of RAM Disk below v4.0.8. It works fine with the latest version:
