Hello,
I am installing the Softperfect Bandwidth Manager on Windows 8.1. While installing I am getting the "Network config sample has stopped working" error. Please help me to resolve this problem.

It's quite strange but for some reason the automatic driver installation has failed.

You can then install it manually as shown below
