1 second refresh rate in Live Usage Monitor

It would be nice if the new version of Bandwidth Manager 3.2.11 would have a 1 second refresh rate in Live Usage Monitor.

In the old Bandwidth Manager 2.9.10 version, the Live bandwidth Monitor has: off, 10 second, 5 second, and 1 second refresh rate options. This worked very well with a 1 second refresh rate for over a decade for us. We really miss the 1 second option refresh rate in the new Live Usage Monitor.
