I am using NetWorx for long time. I am facing two issues which I hope you will address ASAP. Those are -

1) Dial-up sessions not recording few sessions. I have multiple dial-up connections. Most of the time, NetWorx record each dial-up sessions correctly ... but in some cases, it fail to record few sessions ... sometimes entire day's record. But "Per Day", "Hourly Rates" recording every data .. though not showing session wise. For me "Dial-up session" is very important as I can keep tab on data usage as I have limited data per month ... so pls solve this

2) In case of mobile internet, sometimes it is recording double traffic ... i.e. I actually sued 20MB DL but it is showing 40MB ... same way 2x in UL volume!

1. Sorry this is not reproducible. Unless you can identify when exactly that happens, I am afraid I cannot fix it.

2. Make sure you have selected the correct network interface to monitor.
