This can't be done because NetWorx only supports monitoring one device at a time.
You can use the portable edition of NetWorx though. You could place another copy of NetWorx portable in a separate folder, and setup one to monitor your computer, the other to monitor your NAS.
Then create a shortcut in the Startup folder to make the second instance start on system boot. You will have two copies running simultaneously at all times and each will be recording usage for its configured device only.
You can also assign a custom icon to these instances of NetWorx so that they are easier to distinguish.
