I installed Networx on 3 PCs and set it up to show all activity on all computers. One works fine. In the users menu, all users are shown. On another, which is the one I use most of the time, the only entries are from all users and the logged in user of the local machine, When I select all users, the aggregated data is shown and when I select the local user, the local data is shown. Why aren't the users from the other PCs shown? How can I fix this. The data is there, but the selection isn't,

Most likely a firewall issue that prevents some of the NetWorx instances from syncing with the others.

Nope. That's not it. I gave permissions for all the firewalls when I installed the program. I am also getting the aggregated data, just not the users. I also diabled the firewall completely on 2 of the PCs and it still doesn't show the other users.

Any other suggestions?

I should also mention that the 'at a glance' tab does show all users. The problem is only with the users icon.

Can you post some screen shots of the 'at a glance' tab AND the problematic user icon?

It looks to me like the Synchronise usage data option is turned off.

You just need to turn it on.

I turned it off to see if I could get it to show the users. It was back on. The problem resolved itself when I restarted the computer.
