Can you add a option to show DL UL SUM only ?

The device name is shown because it is possible to have multiple instances of NetWorx running, each of which is measuring a different connection device.

However, if you measure All Connections then it isn't shown.

You can have 1 instance of the Installed version but an unlimited number of the Portable version.
You would likely use the installed version to measure internet traffic and the portables to measure the LAN traffic.
But you can use a portable version to measure the internet if you want to....
