Graph is overlapping other taskbar items on Windows 11 11 January 2024, 19:44

On Windows 11, NetWorx graph and upload/download numbers are overlapping other items in the taskbar, such as icons of other applications.

Windows 11 doesn't officially support adding items to the taskbar, thus requiring us to resort to a workaround. This approach isn't flawless and may conflict with other elements on the taskbar, especially when a lot of applications are in use.

We have tried various methods to embed NetWorx graph into Windows 11 taskbar and prevent overlapping, but unfortunately there doesn't seem to be a reliable solution.

NetWorx taskbar graph works best when Taskbar alignment is set to 'Left' and Combine taskbar buttons and hide labels option is set to 'Always' in Windows Personalization settings for Taskbar:

Alternatively, there is a third-party utility that restores the classic taskbar in Windows 11: StartAllBack.
