Dear NetWorx,
apparently, the following feature should exist:
Features of NetWorx
Bandwidth limits: Set and control the download/upload speed.
Unfortunately, I have not yet found a way to limit my download and upload speeds. However, this is very useful when sharing the internet with many people but needing to download large files. If I could limit my download speed to 3 MB/s, I would not disturb other people in the household.
Where can I configure this in NetWorx?

I am afraid NetWorx is a purely monitoring app and it cannot limit downloads.
However, we have an app that does exactly that, called NetGenius: https://www.softperfect.com/products/netgenius/
It can be used as a bandwidth limiter as well as a firewall to block unwanted apps.
