Importing IP List: lines have been discarded

Importing IP List: lines have been discarded   10 October 2013, 05:49

When I import a list of IP address, I get the 'lines have been discarded' message. When I go look at the IP list they don't match up. I found that if my last octet has a .0xx instead of just a .xx, it treats it like a hex number and offset everything. Very confusing for a bit.

It's the standard behaviour of the built-in Windows conversion routine.

The parts that make up an address in "." notation can be decimal, octal or hexadecimal as specified in the C language. Numbers that start with "0x" or "0X" imply hexadecimal. Numbers that start with "0" imply octal. All other numbers are interpreted as decimal.
