Remote Registry information for Local Value not consistant

Hi,

I've been trying to run a scan on our network that uses a Remote Registry query. The problem is that in the Remote Registry window (Options>Remote REgistry) the value I expect is displayed however when I run the scan the value is displayed as "No Key"

I'm using SoftPerfect Network Scanner Version 5.4.12 64-bit.

Any help would be appreciated.

Apparently this key does not exist on the computer(s) being scanned.
The problem seems to be with Windows firewall.

The key exists - I can go to the registry and "walk" down the registry to it - but even on my own machine I can't scan it with the Windows Firewall turned on.
