Yes, it does. Sometimes I have time to write down few digits for starting IP range, sometimes not even that.
A colleague, at my side, is able to use the tool normally, using a similar mobile workstation.
That's really strange, we have a lot of people using the Network Scanner and nobody has ever reported an issue like this.
Try deleting the application's config file in C:\Users\username\AppData\Roaming\SoftPerfect Network Scanner, but if it doesn't help, I am afraid it's something external, e.g. antivirus software interfering.
