I am trying to download the OUI.TXT, but I have received the error (OLE error 800C000E). How to fix it?

It looks like your Internet Explorer is corrupted, not installed or has a configuration issue.

You can simply download OUI.txt directly. Then place it either in the application folder (for the portable version), or in %APPDATA%\SoftPerfect Network Scanner (for the installed version).

Sometimes you can find a solution faster if you try the forum search, have a look at the knowledge base, or check the software user manual to see if your question has already been answered.
