One computer on my network is reported twice, with the same MAC address and IP (192.168.0.105). What can cause this?

This could be because it is connected twice, e.g. by a network card and WiFi, but usually in that case the IP address and MAC address are different.

Does this happen every time you scan? If so, could you please provide the IP range(s) you are scanning?

Yes it happens all the time. There is only one network card on this computer, no WiFi.

The ranges from netscan XML file:

<range>192.168.0.1-192.168.0.255#N,192.168.0.100-192.168.0.199#N,192.168.1.1-192.168.1.254#D</range>

These two ranges in your XML file overlap, from 100 to 199 in the lowest octet:

192.168.0.1 - 192.168.0.255
192.168.0.100 - 192.168.0.199

Your computer (192.168.0.105) is in the overlap, so it is scanned and found twice.
