How to reset all settings back to the initial configuration

I am trying to get the shares displayed. I can view the shares with 'net view', but they don't show up in Network Scanner. Perhaps I've tweaked the wrong setting somewhere. Is there a way to reset everything?

You can revert to the default configuration via File - Current Config - Reset to Default in the main menu.

If that doesn't help, please share some screen shots of the "net view" output, as well as what the Network Scanner displays. Generally if net view succeeds, our software should work too, as it relies on the same Windows functionality.

Sometimes you can find a solution faster if you try the forum search, have a look at the knowledge base, or check the software user manual to see if your question has already been answered.
