Is there a way I can run GPResult command on the PC that I highlight in the list?
Is there a way I can run any console command or batch and see the results on a pop-up screen?

Yes, you can run any external commands, including GPResult, in Settings - Applications tab.
If the console window closes before you can read its output, prepend it with cmd.exe /k, for example:

cmd.exe /k gpresult.exe /S %0
