Hi team,

Can this Net Scanner software scan all the network and get report for all shared folders with permissions on each folder?

There is basic reporting in Network Scanner, for which you need to Enable security and user permission scan in Options - Shares tab.

Additionally you can use the free ShareEnum utility from Microsoft.
