Changes in Regular Expressions in the latest builds

Started by rmpf2

Just to let you know that in the last snapshot build something is affecting some regular expressions that use to work like:
(?:^.*?)(?=,OU=(.+?),)
(?!.*[Response Time]|[Host Name]|[Logged User])^(?!\S+@\S+).*$
(^.+?),.+?
^.+?,([A-Za-z0-9\-]+)
SMTP:\w*@drdprpr.mail.(onmicrosoft).com
Virtual Columns are also affected.

We have updated the regex library to a newer version, but it looks like there are indeed some issues with it.

Could you please post here some strings that used to correctly match against these expressions?
After an exhaustive look around I found out that the regex are not the one failing but instead the new build messed up all the columns order with their corresponding regex and configurations. That was the reason for incorrect scan results. It also changed the colors from one column to others.

I rearranged everything and now the results are as expected.

Thanks.

Thank you for the feedback. This issue appears to have resulted from the addition of a new column, 'Device Type', in the middle rather than at the end. This change shifted all subsequent column indices along with their regular expressions and formatting settings.

We have now addressed this issue, ensuring that it will not disrupt anyone's column settings when upgrading. However, in your case the column indices have already been shifted, so you may have to rearrange them once again.
