Sorry, no progress so far.
You may want to reconsider the idea of placing a pagefile on a RAM drive as it's a bad idea. Because by design the pagefile is used by Windows to store RAM pages in it. If your system has lots of RAM, you can turn it off completely. Otherwise it's like storing RAM in RAM. You can find a detailed explanation here.

Ohh, pity. I'll try with creating the pagefile through a batch.
Disabling pagefile completely isn't that easy thing. No matter how many RAM there is (I've worked on 8/16GB workstations), windows always whines about lack of memory. Despite that w/o pagefile OS noticeably works slower.
Anyway there won't be 100% perfect solution for all cases
