BSOD 0x000000F4 on starting windows 7 x64 ultimate   20 November 2013, 03:50

Hello, Friends!

First, let me say THANX to you, for this very good program!
But, I have a problem...

My System:
OS: Windows 7 x64 Ultimate SP1 + all updates
Motherboard: ASUS P8Z77-V PRO (bios 2003, Intel(R) 7 Series/C216 Chipset Family SATA AHCI Controller + last intel drivers 12.8.0.1016)
CPU: Intel Core i5 2550K
Memory: Crucial Ballistix Sport XT (BLS4C8G3D18ADS3BEU) (4x8Gb KIT)
Disks: 256Gb SSD Samsung 840 Pro, 2x2000Gb Hitachi, 3000Gb Hitachi
Videocard: Palit GeForce GTX680 JetStream
Power: Termaltake ToughPower 750W

I have install SoftPerfect RAM Disk Free 3.4.3 and create 8Gb Ramdisk (R:/ NTFS). Move to ramdisk /temp + pagefile.sys + firefox cache. And ALL working fine!

But, when i reconfigurate settings to using Image file, i have a BSOD on starting windows.
Memory dump not created. In system events: Crytical kernel error + error with initialization dump driver (volmgr)

Can you help me? What I need to do to help you diagnostic my problem?

And sorry for my english smile

I make some tests...
If I store pagefile.sys on my system disk C:\ all working fine... If pagefile.sys moved to other disk (Not system HDD or Ramdisk) I have a BSOD on starting windows... Any ideas?

I think its because the ramdrive isn't one of the first items to load during boot.

Hello! I make some tests... And if i simply create Ramdisk created on boot (without image file), then i have BSOD (1 time to 10 starts)
