Unable to complete system state backup once RamDrive installed 12 January 2016, 05:43

Using a third part backup solution. Since the install and config of a RAMDrive, the system state back has failed. Anyone run into this issue?

Try turning on HDD emulation in the RAM Disk's properties. Some apps don't support standalone volumes and require a full hard disk drive to be emulated.
