What RAM disk size can you suggest for Windows 10 with 24 GB RAM running on Samsung SSD 960 PRO NVMe 512 GB (seq. read/write 1855/1610 GB/s CrystalDiskMark).

That really depends on what you want to use it for. If just for temporary files and browser caches, a 4 GB RAM Disk should be sufficient.
