Microsoft Office and Chrome installed on RAMdisk

Started by John G

I'm interested in purchasing SoftPerfect RAM Disk. I was wondering if it is possible to install Microsoft Office and Chrome onto a RAM disk? Do you provide instruction on how to do this?

Thank you for your help.

To be frank, there is no point in installing either software on a RAM Disk. It will generally not speed things up. Instead you can use a RAM disk for temporary data, including Chrome's cache. Please see this article for ideas: How to increase PC performance with a RAM disk.
