I've uninstalled softperfect ramdisk, but before the uninstall I forgot to unmount the drive and he still remain with my drive A: in computer resources and is unusable. How can I solve this problem? Thanks

It looks like Windows has retained a mount point somewhere. Check these registry keys:
  • HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SYSTEM\MountedDevices
  • HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SYSTEM\CurrentControlSet\Control\Session Manager\DOS Devices
As one of these may have A:\ allocated. Alternatively see if you can remove the persistent drive letter from Start - Run - diskmgmt.msc.

Sometimes you can find a solution faster if you try the forum search, have a look at the knowledge base, or check the software user manual to see if your question has already been answered.
