How to activate the licence key for all server users

Hello!

We bought a licence for RAM Disk named Single Device Licence and installed it on terminal server (one RDS server). We activated the software as Administrator, but other users receive a notification about trial version that it will expire soon.
What should we do to activate the license for all users of the terminal server?

Also I tried to remove the RAM Disk from startup of the server, but windows fell into a blue screen. Is it possible to set the program to be used by manual running on request of the user? If not, how I can to remove the RAM disk without any troubles?

Most likely they licence key did not get applied because you entered it while another instance of RAM Disk was running. Then, when that user logged out, the shared configuration file was overwritten and the licence information was lost.

Please ensure that only one copy of ramdisk.exe is running when you are entering the licence. Maybe run "taskkill /F /IM ramdisk.exe" first and then enter the licence key.

Regarding removing the application from startup, that should be fine. Simply remove the RAM Disk entry from the registry at HKLM\Software\Microsoft\Windows\CurrentVersion\Run. It should not cause a BSOD in any circumstances. I guess it was caused by something else when it happened.
