I need RAMdisks for Win 10 and 11. Is it possible to change cluster size of the a RAMdisk on those operating systems?

Cluster size is also called allocation unit size.

To change it for a RAM disk, simply open Disk Properties - Advanced, and then alter the Allocation Unit Size setting.
