Do you have any products to simulate latency and poor networking conditions for Android or iOS?

No we don't have Connection Emulator for Android or iOS. I don't think it's even possible without root since all apps run in a sandbox.

However if you are looking into testing a mobile app with latency and poor networking conditions, it's usually done with the Windows version set up like this:

<Internet> - <PC with Windows and Connection Emulator> - <WiFi Access Point> - <Mobile Device>

This way all mobile device traffic is routed through the PC which simulates poor network connectivity.
